We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we did our best to make a return policy that is helpful for you. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the products you bought, simply bring it back with your receipt and we will gladly issue you a credit note for further purchase or process an exchange within 07 days of the purchase date.
Items that you want to return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached.
What qualifies as a return?
Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:
Wrong product, size or color
damaged product
Product lost in shipment
Products with major quality defect

Refunds for online purchases
Your refund will be issued as a credit note for further purchases. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not refundable.
How do I receive and use my online credit note?
We will send you an online credit note with the security code on your preferred method of contact (i.e. email or mobile). We will provide bearer or you a return acknowledgment note.
You can use your online credit as one of the modes of payment to make an online purchase within one year from the date of issue. The payment system will verify your online credit note using its security code to ensure that no one except you can make this purchase.
Exchanging items online and at our outlets
Fill out the Return and Exchange Form and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange. Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the invoice slip and exchange form. We cannot process exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase date.

Following conditions will qualify under Return & Exchange Policy
- If any of our Product failed to meet the quality parameter, such as –
- Physically Damaged Product
- Major Defects
- Size or, fitting issue
- If Pavilion delivers the wrong items to the customer
- Product Lost during shipment
- If any technical error occurred – Wrong Order placement, Money Deduction
- If you face any issue with our Product, immediately call us – (Input Number)or, you can directly message us on Official Facebook page www.facebook.com/pavilionlifestylebd once you receive the Product (within 24hour)
- Alternatively, you can go to your nearest Pavilion outlet to return the Product and exchange the desired one (Note: if that similar Product is available on that specific outlet)

Also please note that,
- Customer need to send us the scan copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that customer used during return process.
- Footwear/Bag/Jewelry Accessories/Home Décor – can be exchanged only in case of not being satisfied with the Products Quality or if the Products is damaged or defective.
- After receiving the Product, Pavilion has full authority to take decision whether the Product will be applicable for exchange or refund policy.
- As per policy, all the refunds by Pavilion will be issued as a Voucher for future online purchases from pavilionbd.com (www.pavilionbd.com)
- Any Product sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is defective or damaged.
